We'll be setting goals, group and personal, for the troop for the next 6 months.

CLT is a very important event that takes place before each 6 month term. It is during this meeting that the troop leadership will convene to decide what direction the troop will go in. The participation of all the elected scout leaders is necessary to get a good feel for the will of the troop and to better understand your newly elected position in the troop. After serving numerous leadership positions both in and out the troop and on various levels, I have found that this event has taught me a great deal epically along the lines of setting and achieving goals. I have been able to apply what I have learned to other things besides just Boy Scouts. Take it from me, aside from the fact that I am directing this term's CLT, this is an event that is both necessary to the life of the troop and something that will serve you for a long time to come.
Training was a great success!! Thanks all for attending and especially to zach who presented and facilitated. Thanks to the adult leaders and Randy for his office - we like it and would like to make more use of the location!
